Ordering from Multiple Artists

Here at Spirit Pieces, we work with many artists. Depending on the items you order and who makes them, it may be necessary to send separate kits to different artists. However, if you order multiple items from a single artist, only a single kit (with enough ash for the entire order) will be necessary. 

For example: If you were to order these items:

• 3 Flames made by Robert
• 2 Confetti Orbs made by Aaron
• 1 Glimmer Orb made by Aaron
• 2 Nightswirls made by Filip

We would send you three separate kits, since the items are from three separate artists. However, each kit will ask for the cremains needed to make all pieces ordered from that artist. So the kit that would be sent to Aaron would hold the cremains for both the Confetti and Glimmer orbs.

For example: If you were to order these items:

• 5 Flames by Robert
• 3 Ocean Paperweights by Robert

We would send you a single kit, but it would ask for enough cremains for all eight pieces.

Memorializing multiple individuals across artists? It can get a little tricky, but it's completely doable.

For example: If you were to order these items to memorialize KITTY and DOGGY:

• 1 Flame from Robert for KITTY
• 1 Flame from Robert for DOGGIE
• 1 Orb from Aaron for KITTY

We would send one kit for Robert that would hold two collection vials, one to hold Kitty's cremains and one for Doggy's cremains. We would also send you a single kit for Aaron that would hold one collection vial for Kitty's cremains.

As per USPS regulations, we ask you send priority express with signature.   The average cost of sending a kit this way is $27.  It is up to you if you wish to send via the regulations, or other more affordable methods.
