ID Verification

ID verification will be requested for orders over $1500 (before taxes or discounts) before the collection kit(s) will be mailed.  ID numbers can be blocked out, we just need it to show picture, name and address.

Utility bill is an acceptable alternative to ID as long as the name and address match the information for the order.
