Shipping Costs

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders (to a single address!) within the continental US.  This includes the cost of sending you a collection kit (if applicable), as well as the completed piece. Regretfully, we can not offer free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

However, we do not cover the cost of shipping the ashes themselves. If you need to send cremation ashes back to us, you will still need to pay to send the cremation ashes back to us. 

If you are purchasing a memorial with cremains, as of May 2025 you now have a few options:

- FedEx people and pets (~$15),

- USPS people and pet (~$50)

- UPS pet ashes (only) via UPS (~$15)
