Do I Have to Ship Priority Express?

We ask you send priority express with signature, as that is the USPS regulation.  While the regulation was written with full urns in mind, it still applies when shipping keepsake amounts of ash.  With that said, we recognize that express mail is a more expensive option than other available mailing services. We often receive packages shipped via other means. 

If you choose to send non-express, do not use the provided cremains sticker or express mailer.  Please also ensure that you have removed any documents or papers that have been pre-stuffed in the express mailer and include it in your new packaging.  Either way, please send to the address on your welcome letter, and be sure to send your package with signature.
